Shanterry Lynette Woodard and Nataly Danielle Rodriguez-Altache stole the merchandise from the Walmart located at 1000 Town Center Drive, according to West Manchester Township police.
Over several months, Woodward stole $1190.60 and Rodriguez-Altache stole $1038.22 for a total of $2228.82 worth of merchandise, the police explained.
Both women were employed by Walmart when they were caught on June 5, 2023, according to the police.
They've both been charged with one count of felony retail theft- alter label or pricing marking, the police said and court records confirm.
They were both released from police custody on $10,000 unsecured bond, according to their court dockets.
They will have a joint preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Robert A. Herman Jr. at 2 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2023, court records show.
This is both women's first criminal offense.
